1.1 Client Requirements​​

• All references must be provided before the commission starts. 

• Include ALL references you think I will require.

• The invoice will be sent immediately after you’ve agreed to the terms and must be paid in full, unless discussed otherwise.

• Read the Terms of Service in full.

1.2 Rights

• All rights and ownership of the artwork remain with the artist unless agreed otherwise. Rights, licences and ownership can be purchased at additional cost.

• The commissioned artwork is for personal use only.

• You cannot alter, modify, distribute or use it for commercial purposes unless agreed otherwise. This includes but is not limited to: selling the artwork in any way shape or form, using the artwork as a business logo, using the artwork to promote your business/book/website etc. A commercial license may be purchased by the client.

• Limited usage licence is given to the client - I draw this for you to cherish, use as your social media avatar, put on your OC pages and print out and hang it up on your room.

• If you wish to post a commission from me in a gallery, you must include “by ArtByAeva” in the title and post the watermarked version.

• I may alter, modify and post the illustration on social media, patreon, etc. unless agreed otherwise. The client may purchase an exclusive license.

2.1 Payment and Prices

• Payment via Paypal.

• Payment in British Pound Sterling (GBP). 

• The invoice will be sent immediately after you confirm to the terms of service. 

• Invoice must be paid in full within 24 hours unless agreed otherwise.

• I will not start work until the payment is made.

• All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.

• Tips are very welcome! My invoices allow tips to be added with the payment. You can also send tips via my Ko-Fi! ko-fi.com/artbyaeva

• Payment plans can be arranged. 

• ​

• 2.2 Cancellations and Refund

• You may cancel your commission at any time for a 90% refund if: the cancellation is requested at least 48 hours after ordering. After that point, I’m afraid no refund is possible.
  If I fail to complete a commission due to illness or other personal complications, refund will be paid in full.

• 3.1 Technical Information/Process

• You will receive two digital images of the finished artwork. One high resolution, and one lower resolution version for posting online.

• My default canvas is 1500x2100 pixels.

• Process pictures, sent via email or twitter. 

• Average turnaround time will vary.

• 3.2 Corrections and Revisions

• Modelling corrections MUST be made after I send the first update but BEFORE I texture the model.

• Any changes after the texturing/final render are subject to a £15 charge

• 4.1 Last But not Least

• All articles of this Terms of Service are applicable unless specifically outlined within the final written agreement between Client and Artist.
